BiteNavi — AI Food Decision Platform
BiteNavi is an AI-powered nutrition and food decision platform designed to help users instantly evaluate menus, delivery orders, grocery products, and meals through computer vision and personalized recommendations. The experience focuses on simplifying food choices by combining AI interaction, behavioral UX principles, and intuitive mobile-first design into a fast, accessible decision-making system.
The concept behind BiteNavi was to reduce decision fatigue around food and nutrition by creating a more intelligent, personalized experience than traditional calorie-tracking apps. Instead of overwhelming users with raw data, the platform focuses on delivering fast, actionable recommendations tailored to individual goals such as fat loss, protein intake, GLP-1 support, and healthier eating habits.
I led the UX/product design direction across onboarding flows, AI interaction patterns, visual systems, and mobile experience architecture. The development process included rapid prototyping, iterative testing, AI workflow integration, accessibility considerations, and refining user flows to create a seamless real-world scanning experience for menus, packaged foods, and meals.

Many nutrition apps overload users with complex tracking systems and fragmented information, making healthy decision-making feel time-consuming and difficult in real-world environments such as restaurants, delivery apps, and grocery stores.

BiteNavi simplifies food decisions by using AI-powered scanning and personalized recommendations to instantly surface the best food options for a user’s goals. The platform prioritizes speed, clarity, and accessibility through intuitive UX patterns and real-time nutritional guidance.
